Response to Anti-Social Forces

Basic policy on response to organized crime groups

In order to maintain the trust of civil society and in light of the appropriateness and soundness of financial institution operations, the company has established the following basic policies for the company group for the purpose of firmly blocking any relations with organized crime groups that threaten the order and security of civil society.

  • 1.We will block any relations with organized crime groups, including transactions.
  • 2.We will institutionally deal with any unjust demand from an organized crime group and firmly reject it.
  • 3.We will not provide an organized crime group with funds or any inappropriate or exceptional benefit.
  • 4.In order to obtain appropriate advice and cooperation in dealing with an organized crime group, we will regularly work with the police, the Center for the Elimination of Violence, and lawyers.
  • 5.In the event of an unjust demand from an organized crime group, we will take a firm stance by pursuing both civil and criminal legal action.
